About Paula Silva
In sales for many years, I opened an antique shop in downtown Bristol in 1996. I then moved to the East Bay area from Southeastern Massachusetts in 1998 with my 2 now-grown sons. My interests in design, antiques, architecture and contemporary Rhode Island artists led me to my C1842 Greek Revival home and a career in real estate in 2000. I represent my clients with the utmost professionalism and have been a multi-million dollar producer, receiving the Circle of Excellence Award with the RI Board of Realtors every year since 2002.
I am passionate about Rhode Island and the communities in which I live and work, feeling that this area is extraordinarily rich in diversity and culture. I am a strong supporter of Smart Growth and Preserve RI issues and currently serve on the Warren Economic Development Board & The Warren Preservation Society. When not working, I enjoy fundraising and tireless volunteering for various local organizations, believing it is important to give back to our communities in order to make them better places to live. Between showings, I can often be found antiquing, at an art gallery opening, or simply working on my home or garden.
I am licensed in MA & RI, specializing in selling homes in Coastal & Historic Village Communities.
